Level 2 training: As usual routine. Warm up, skipping 10min, stretching, shadow, train with pad, train with bag, clinching, knee 1 min, promotion for Brian and Brodinho to Muay Thai Level 2!

Learning points:

- Chin tuck down at all time!

- Don’t shrug your shoulders during guard

- Turn your hips when doing 1-2
